PRICE

All customers will be responsible for paying any customs duties and Tax if any. Total amount of your purchase is not included customs duties and VAT.  Please refer to ”CUSTOMS DUTIES AND TAXES” for more details.　

All prices are as quoted and orders will be charged as quoted. Other currencies amount showed on the site are nothing than rough estimates. The current rate renews on 0:00 and 7:00 GMT on a daily basis.

Prices in fofki.com are included handling charges. 

 

Product Availability:

Fofki.com products are available for purchase online are subject to availability. As necessary, we reserve the right to limit the quantity of products we supply. We also reserve the right to alter the terms or duration of any special offer or sales promotion. We will inform you if we are unable to fulfill your order.

Promotional Offers:

From time to time, fofki.com offers promotional offers. These offers are not valid on past purchases and we are unable to do price adjustments on previous orders.

 

Pre-orders:

We offer a pre-order option for select items from time to time. As necessary, we reserve the right to limit the quantity of products we supply. We also reserve the right to alter the terms or duration of any special offer or sales promotion. We will inform you if we are unable to fulfill your order.

 

SHIPPING CONSIGNMENTS
Please note that each order which placed on this site will be shipped in a separate consignment. We cannot accept request for shipping and packaging together items purchased in separate orders.

GIFT WRAPPING SERVICE
Please note that we do not offer gift wrapping services now.

SHIPPING FEE
Shipping fee is calculated based on the weight and distance from our facility. Shipping fee vary depending on your country, region and weight of the purchases. Please check on the order page.

DELIVERY TIME
Please allow 7-14 business days for order processing and verification.
At the latest, delivery will be made with 14 days from the date the order was confirmed. Delivery also can be delayed due to adverse traffic condition or weather condition. And depending on the shipping region, delivery may take longer than usual.
We do not offer Friday and Saturday delivery. Please note that we only ship out Sunday to Thursday, with the exception of GCC public holidays.

RETURN GOODS IN CASE OF FAILED DELIVERY
If you cannot receive your order by absent from home, or Courier cannot deliver the order because of incorrect delivery information, please contact Courier and arrange redelivery immediately.
If you are unable to receive your order, the item will be returned automatically to origin and cancelled. Please note that the return shipping cost will be charged to you.

ORDER STATUS AND TRACKING
Once orders are placed, we will send you an order confirmation mail.
You can check your order from the Order History.

CUSTOMS DUTIES AND TAXES
All customers will be responsible for paying any customs duties, taxes and additional fees. Courier will invoice you for customs duties by post after the delivery is made.
The rates of customs duties are decided by the customs authorities of the country or region in question. Please ask the customs authorities in your country for details. 

Returns:

All Products sold on fofki.com are non-refundable. In the case where you received a wrong or defective product, we will offer an exchange for the same item if applicable.

Used and sale items are FINAL SALE. Refunds, returns, or exchanges will not be accepted.

Returned products must be in it’s original condition. The product must be unworn, unwashed, and contains all original packaging with tags still attached. Upon receipt of returned goods, fofki.com reserves the right to deny a return if the merchandise does not meet the policy requirements.

Return period: 14 days from the date on the original invoice for domestic orders, 25 days from the date on the invoice for international orders. Please contact us first for approval return instructions before you send the product back. It will typically take 7-14 business days to process the return. You will be notified via email when the return transaction has taken place. When you ship the item back, we recommend that you use a shipping service with a tracking number. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Orders can only be cancelled before the items have shipped. We cannot cancel your order once it has been shipped.
